Dr. William Murrell having case study presentations on sports shoulder injuries with colleagues atPhysiotherapy Center The Aviation Club. The center is headed by Sally-Ann Spencer Bsc Physiotherapy (South Africa), with Jonathan Covich Bsc Physiotherapy (New Zealand), Alexandra Collishaw Bsc Physiotherapy (United Kingdom), Sarah Campbell Bsc Physiotherapy (United Kingdom), Rowena SchembeiBsc Physiotherapy, Jon Evans Bsc Kinesiology (USA) Doctor of Physiotherapy (USA). Interactive discussions on common sports shoulder injuries such as Rotator Cuff Tears, Frozen Shoulders, Scapular Dyskinesis, and Labral Tear emerged during the presentation.

Also, discussions on imaging, shoulder surgery and Post-op rehabilitation were tackled during the presentation. Additional highlight during the discussion was the evidence based literature and the great success seen with well thought out programs like the MOON Program for Rotator Cuff problems. Future cases will discuss additional sports shoulder surgery and also the use of biologics like PRP and Stem Cells in the Advancing field of Biologic Orthopaedic Sports Medicine/Surgery. Case 1 was a case of SICK Scapula Syndrome with Posterior Labral Tear

Case 2 was Massive Rotator Cuff Tear in Semi-Professional Ice Hockey Player with neurologic symptoms

Case 3 was Adhesive Capsulitis or Frozen shoulder in active weekend warrior

Case 4 was Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation in active male.
